If someone asked what you do, who you help, and what makes your business worth choosing, what would you say? Feel free to include a little background, your mission, what you want to be known for, and what makes your business unique.

Walk me through your main services, products, or packages. List them out and explain each one briefly. What is it, who is it for, what does it include, and why would someone choose it?

Describe your ideal customer and what you want them to do when they land on your website. What are they looking for, what problem are they trying to solve, and what action should they take next?

Walk me through the customer experience from first contact to final result. How does someone get started, what happens next, and what should they expect along the way?

Include any practical, customer-facing details that may need to appear on the website to help someone understand what working with you actually looks like. This could include things like what’s included, how appointments, orders, bookings, or projects work, timelines, preparation steps, locations or service areas, policies, requirements, what customers receive, or anything else that helps explain the real customer experience.

What makes your business better, different, or more trustworthy than competitors? You can include experience, certifications, specialties, guarantees, awards, results, reviews, years in business, or anything else that builds trust.

If yes, include it here. You can list exact pricing, starting prices, packages, membership options, minimums, or anything else that helps set expectations. If pricing varies, explain what it depends on. If you’d rather not show pricing, just say that you prefer people contact you for a quote. If this is an e-commerce site, you can simply write “ecommerce” and move to the next step.

List any common questions, objections, hesitations, or concerns people usually have before they decide to move forward.

List your service areas, cities, regions, or neighborhoods you want to target, along with the types of phrases people would likely search to find you on Google.

List anything you want shown on the website, such as your preferred phone number, email address, contact form, business address, office hours, booking link, social media links, or anything else relevant. If there’s a best contact method, mention that too.
